Shipping Info

How can I get my order?

There are currently two shipping options available:

All parcels are sent using Priority Mail.  Within the SF Bay Area, that typically means one business day of transit time.  Outside of the Bay Area, transit time is between 1-3 business days.

Bike Delivery
Doesn’t get any more local than this.  Available only within Oakland city limits, unless bribed with baked goods. Please anticipate a few days to find a mutually convenient time for delivery.  If for any reason I cannot deliver by bike I will ship using USPS and reimburse accordingly

When will my flags arrive?

In stock orders are filled and shipped as quickly as possible, often the next day, but it can take a few business days.  Any out of stock items will be noted in the product listings to the best of our abilities.  

What happens if my package is damaged?

Unfortunately, the Postal Service isn’t perfect and occasionally damages packages.  We’ll do our best to help facilitate the claim process, but the Oakland Flag Company does not take responsibility for any damage during the shipping process.  Refunds are not provided for goods damaged in the mail. 

Can I get a flag shipped overseas?

International shipping is possible for many countries, but must be handled through a custom order.  Get in touch and let us know where you would like the flag(s) sent and how quickly, then we can follow up with a quote on shipping cost.
